Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to
communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the

The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure,

strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Owner, in some cases, the

Legal basis of processing

parties involved in the processing are located.

Retention time
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have
been collected for.
Therefore:
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between
the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
- Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be
retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information
regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner within the relevant sections of
this document or by contacting the Owner.
The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has
given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the
Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so
for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right of
access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability
cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

Detailed information on the processing of Personal Data
Personal Data is collected for the following purposes and using the following services:

This type of service allows User Data to be utilized for advertising
communication purposes displayed in the form of banners and other
advertisements on this Application, possibly based on User interests.
This does not mean that all Personal Data are used for this purpose.

Flurry Analytics is an analytics service provided by Yahoo! Inc.
This service is designed for mobile apps analytics and can collect
various information about your phone, highlighted in the Flurry

If the User chooses to opt-out, Flurry will stop tracking data for the
device identified by the provided MAC address and/or device identifier
going forward. The analytics service tracking will stop across all
applications within the Flurry network.

Personal information
We collect certain information which is
identifies an individual or may with reasonable effort identify an
individual (“ Personal Information ”). In addition, we treat information

When you decide to register with our Service, or
when you decide to access or use our Service, you will be requested to
provide your full name your phone number and your email address. To
complete the registration, we may contact you with the number your
provided us (via inbound call or SMS) in order to authenticate your

social network identifier (e.g. Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, VK, etc.),
you hereby warrant that the Company may retrieve and use information
accessible or stored in such service related to your profile or your
contacts (e.g. social identifier, profile link, profile image, name and
emails; collectively “ Social Data ”) to integrate and synchronize such
information with your information and your contacts' information, to
enhance and our users' experience and update your information and your
contacts' information. We will retrieve such information in accordance
with the security restrictions and applicable permissions of the
respected Approved Platform. We do not store or process password or
security related information.
You may be asked to provide the
names, phone numbers, email addresses and Social Data about your
contacts as contained in your device phonebook directory, in order to
enhance your searchable directory, for synchronization and to allow us
to recommend you people you may know within our community.
Any
other information stored on your device phonebook directory (e.g.
physical address) will be filtered and not be stored or used by us. This
information will be aggregated on our directory and allow you to perform
numeric search and identify incoming calls against this directory, which
contains the contacts' information of users who permitted the
aggregation of this information.

Non-personal information
We collect certain
information pertaining to a user, which may be made available or

OneSignal is a message sending service provided by Lilomi, Inc.
OneSignal allows the Owner to send messages and notifications to Users
across platforms such as Android, iOS, and the web. Messages can be sent
to single devices, groups of devices, or specific topics or User
segments.
Depending on the permissions granted to this Application, the Data
collected may also include precise location (i.e. GPS-level data) or
WiFi information, apps installed and enabled on the User's device. This
Application uses identifiers for mobile devices (including Android
